Payment systems differ. SEPA Instant and Faster Payments usually credit within seconds when the receiving bank takes part, while SEPA, Fedwire, SWIFT and SIC follow business days. Your bank may also hold an incoming transfer for its own checks. The status of each payout is shown in your client area.
Why has my deposit not been credited yet?
Collateral is credited after the confirmations listed on this page. If the network is congested or the fee paid by the sending wallet was low, confirmation can take longer. Check that you used the address and network shown for your loan in your client area.
How are incidents and maintenance announced?
On this page and in your client area. We never announce incidents, maintenance or “migrations” by email, text message, phone or social media: such messages are fraudulent.
